MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE: Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service MLS, an on-line computer network, available only to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit a photo and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

PHOTO BROCHURES: Within hours after receiving your signed listing contract, we prepare and print a professional color brochure. Thanks to our sophisticated desktop publishing facility and extensive graphics background, all of our printed materials have a distinctive look which is immediately recognized. We make a point of having brochures for all of our listings available at each of our open houses. Additionally, a black and white version of the brochure is used in each properties' exterior brochure box and for broker mailings.

FOR SALE' SIGNS AND BROCHURE BOXES: If permitted, immediately our distinctive Properties 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property along with a brochure box containing photo/property information flyers.

EUROPEAN AND LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES: We run display ads in Naples Daily News, Bonita Banner, European newspapers like Die Welt, Frankfurter Allgemeine and other real estate publications featuring all of our listings. SUNDAY OPEN HOUSES: We recommend Sunday open houses about once or twice a month. As a rule, we personally sit all of our opens. Brochures of all of our currently available listings are displayed at each open house.
